🏆 Mastery Stream & Credits: Divination - 1 CreditÂ
📜 Course DescriptionÂ
This course provides a clear, structured, and approachable introduction to the Zodiac signs and the foundational principles that underpin astrological interpretation. Students will explore how the Zodiac wheel is organised, what distinguishes each of the twelve signs, and how the core qualities—polarity, triplicity, and modality—shape the personality, expression, and behaviour of each sign.
Rather than memorizing disconnected information, learners will gain an understanding of the underlying patterns that bring the Zodiac to life. Through guided lessons, reflective assignments, quizzes, and practical application exercises, students will develop both confidence and fluency in recognising and interpreting the energetic qualities present in birth charts.
This course is suitable for complete beginners and those seeking to deepen or refresh their foundational knowledge. No prior experience in astrology is required — just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to learn.
✨ By the end of this course, students will:
Understand the structure and meaning of the Zodiac Wheel and how the twelve signs are positioned within it.
Be able to name all twelve Zodiac signs in correct order and recognise their traditional symbols and glyphs.
Clearly distinguish between Positive (Yang) and Negative (Yin) polarity signs, and describe how polarity influences expression and behaviour.
Identify each sign’s triplicity (element)—Fire, Earth, Air, or Water—and explain how elemental qualities shape motivation, temperament, and response style.
Identify each sign’s modality—Cardinal, Fixed, or Mutable—and explain how modalities express movement, rhythm, and adaptation to change.
Recognise and articulate that each sign is defined by a unique combination of polarity, triplicity, and modality.
Describe the concept of an isolated form and explain how sign qualities express themselves independently of planetary influence.
Demonstrate foundational skill in forming basic astrological interpretations by applying these qualities to simple personality or situation-based examples.
Maintain a personal Astrology Notebook to support memorisation, reflection, and integration of learning.
Approach further study in astrology with a confident, well-grounded understanding of the Zodiac’s core structure and meaning.
