π Course Description
Shadow work is the sacred practice of exploring and integrating the hidden, disowned, or repressed aspects of self. In this course, students will learn to meet the shadow with courage, compassion, and insight, using a blend of psychological understanding, spiritual awareness, and magickal practice.
Through reflective journaling, guided meditation, elemental and symbolic rituals, and heart-centred practices, students will cultivate the skills and inner presence to:
β¨ By the end of the course, students will:
Understand the nature of the shadow: personal, ancestral, and collective layers.
Identify and engage with repressed aspects of self through awareness, ritual, and reflection.
Work safely with emotional triggers, projection, and transference.
Employ symbolic and elemental ritual as tools for transformation and integration.
Cultivate self-compassion and meet shadow aspects with tenderness and curiosity.
Synthesize shadow work into a personal practice of wholeness, healing, and empowerment.
