Blending practical tools with spiritual insight, you will learn to honour your body as a temple, nourish yourself with intention, move with joy and presence, and guide others in doing the same — all through a compassionate, soulful lens.
Rooted in intuitive wisdom, elemental teachings, and trauma-aware practices, this course is more than a wellness program — it is a return to wholeness.

Understand the body as a sacred vessel and read its somatic messages
Apply foundational principles of holistic nutrition and intuitive eating
Create and lead gentle movement practices for emotional and energetic release
Design sustainable daily rituals that promote wellness and spiritual alignment

This course includes a variety of thoughtfully crafted assignments to help you integrate and apply what you’ve learned.
Assignments are submitted through the Canvas platform and are evaluated based on:
