A Ordination Training Paths are a guided route of study that supports long-term spiritual growth, skill development, and personal transformation. Rather than using Wiccan-style degrees, Enchanted Moon Academy follows a system of Paths — each representing a stage of learning, responsibility, and self-mastery.

Each Path combines structured learning, practical work, reflection, and integration, allowing you to deepen your Craft without pressure or dogma. The lessons are grounded in the philosophy, ethics, and spiritual worldview of the Enchanted Moon Craft tradition, while allowing space for personal interpretation, lived experience, and evolving understanding.

How the Ordination Track Work

Structured Progression, Guided at Your Pace

The Ordination Paths are designed as a sequential journey of learning, practice, and integration. Each Path builds upon the one before it, ensuring that students develop strong foundations before moving into deeper work.

All students begin with The Path of Earth. Progression to The Path of Fire, The Path of Air, and The Path of Water is only possible once the previous Path has been completed to a satisfactory standard. This ensures depth, integrity, and readiness at every stage of advancement.

Pace, Support & Mentorship

The Ordination Paths are structured to be completed at an average pace of one module per month, allowing time for reflection, practice, and integration. However, students are encouraged to move at a pace that supports their wellbeing and circumstances — taking longer where needed is fully supported.

Throughout your journey, guidance and mentorship are available, and personalised feedback is provided on submitted work to support your development, clarify understanding, and help you progress with confidence.

The Path of Earth lays the foundations for a lifetime of spiritual practice. Designed for beginners and those seeking to strengthen their understanding, it introduces the principles, ethics, practices, and values that underpin the Enchanted Moon Craft.

Having established strong foundations, the Path of Fire prepares students for priesthood through deeper study and practical application.

Lessons explore the priestly arts, including ritual, spellcraft, healing, divination, devotional practice, and sacred service, while encouraging students to develop the confidence and responsibility expected of a member of the modern initiatory priesthood.

As with the Path of Earth, each lesson combines structured learning with practical assignments, discussion, reflection, and independent study.

Self-Initiation within the Enchanted Moon Craft

Self-initiation has long been recognised within many eclectic and historical magical traditions as a meaningful expression of personal commitment.

Within the Enchanted Moon Tradition, students completing the Path of Fire are invited to undertake a structured programme of self-initiation, supported through guidance, mentorship, and feedback from experienced members of the Tradition.

This approach honours both the historic roots of self-initiation and the realities of modern spiritual practice, enabling dedicated practitioners around the world to undertake a safe, authentic, and deeply meaningful initiation into the Enchanted Moon Craft line without the need to belong to a physical coven.

The Path of Air marks the transition from solitary practice into wider engagement with the Pagan and spiritual community.

Building on the foundations of earlier Paths, it encourages students to expand their awareness, connect with other practitioners, and begin participating meaningfully in shared spiritual spaces — both online and in person.

Rather than focusing on formal teaching or leadership, this Path explores how to engage with integrity, confidence, and respect within a living spiritual community.
