📅 Academic Year & Term Dates

The Enchanted Moon Academy operates four study terms each year. Each term contains six weeks of teaching, allowing students to study at a manageable pace.

🍂 Autumn Term 2026

Our Autumn Term is a six-week programme of study, with courses beginning on Monday 7 September 2026.

Some courses are designed as two connected six-week parts. Where applicable, Part 1 and Part 2 are offered in consecutive terms, allowing students to complete a full 12-week programme without a prolonged break between the two parts.

Induction Week: 1–6 September 2026

Students will receive invites to their courses, familiarise themselves with Google Classroom, read the Student Handbook, complete the Pre-course Learning Survey, and introduce themselves to their fellow students.

Six-Week Teaching Term

Week 1: 7 September 2026
Week 2: 14 September 2026
Week 3: 21 September 2026
Week 4: 28 September 2026
Week 5: 5 October 2026
Week 6: 12 October 2026

Catch-Up & Completion week:19 October 2026

Final Coursework Submission: 11:59 pm (BST), Sunday 25 October 2026

Our Winter Term is a six-week programme of study, with courses beginning on Monday 2 November 2026.

Flexible Study & Catch-Up Time

While no new lessons are released during half-term breaks, students will continue to have access to all course materials and may use this time to catch up on lesson activities, assignments, and personal study.

In addition, course access will remain fully available during the first week of each Academy recess period, providing extra time for students who may need to complete outstanding coursework before the next teaching block begins.

This approach combines the benefits of structured learning with the flexibility needed to fit study around work, family, and everyday life.
