Course Description: 

Vodou is often a very misunderstood and demonised religion. This course, created by a long serving Senior Priest of the Night of Africa society, explores Vodou’s foundational characteristics and thus offer students the opportunity to acquire a better understanding of the subject and form a more informed view. This short introductory course covers subjects such as; the history and development of the religion, basic beliefs, the priesthood and what a typical Vodou ceremony comprises of.
