Eligible purchases can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for another course of your choosing of equal or lower value, or refunded (less processing fees).
We want you to provide you with the best learning experience possible. Sometimes we understand that you may change your mind about taking a course you have selected, eligible purchases can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for another course up to the value of your original purpose so long as they have not been started.
In cases where an exchange is declined, a refund will be granted back to the payment method used, this will be less any processing fees deducted by third parties and provided it otherwise meets our 14-day refund policy.
Please allow up to 30 days for any money to be returned back to your account. Your statutory rights are not affected. Refunds will be returned to the card used for the original purchase. Access to your course will be deactivated and removed. We can not refund the cost deducted by third parties to process your payment.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to determine the eligibility of the refund/exchange request or deny refund/exchange requests in cases where we believe there is refund/exchange abuse, including but not limited to the following:
· All or part of the course has been consumed or studied by a student before the refund was requested.
· Multiple refunds have been requested by a student for the same course.
· Excessive refunds have been requested by a student.
· Students who have their account blocked or course access restricted due to a violation of our terms.
